Building a good team is an extremely complex task, requiring patience, time, and a great deal of availability. Regardless of the number of certifications you hold, the number of dives you've completed, or even the number of seasons you've spent wearing a wetsuit, the important thing is to have an open mind, a touch of humility, and the ability to listen to others.
For several years, we have been working to improve and consolidate our ability to interact with each other in order to create an effective group where everyone has their own role but also the ability to replace another when needed.
