Punta di Cotticcio
It is the most famous dive spot on the island of Caprera. The dive takes place around two underwater mountains. The environment is varied and suggested.
Swimming in small canyons and large channels (covered by orange coral), we reach the vertical wall of the second summit (covered by the yellow gorgon).
On the bottom, there are many rocks that are holes for musdee, scorpionfish and groupers. Depending on the season and the current, it is possible to swim in blue waters to observe pelagic fish and rays.
At the end of the vertical wall, we can swim under a large rock where there are interesting crevasses with a giant moray eel. Diving usually ends around the top of a summit.
